I've got a tough one to remember here. It was a TV movie from around the late 80s and may have been based on a true story. It was about a female doctor who was the victim of a brutal assault and rape and a few months later, she is working at the emergency room when an unconscious man is wheeled in. She quickly realizes that it is the man who earlier raped her. I think she hesitated so much that the man later died and she was investigated but I can't remember the name or how it ended.
