I went to prison while pregent and had my baby there so the brother of the baby ofter to take care of the baby intill I got got well he adopted her while I was in there and won because I couldn't get out in time but I have been to see here and he makesw it diffecult it has now been almost three year all that is behind me and I want to have my child back are my chances good and what do I need to do

If the baby was adopted then it is no longer your baby. You stand no chance of getting the child back.

I doubt if the adoption was granted because you "couldn't get out in time". Even if you were in prison, you should have been given an opportunity to fight the adoption. Even if you weren't too much time has passed that it is unlikely a court will over turn the adoption.

The best you can hope for is to be allowed some opportunity to see the child. Get yourself a Family Law attorney who can advise you on your chances and how to proceed.
