Well I'm 13 and I have my period since I was 11 but I haven't told my parents because I'm shy and I don't know how to tell them . Any ideas how ? Or how you guys did it ? Thanks a lot :)

You don't need to tell both your parents, just tell your mother. Chances are, she probably suspects it already :) mothers have an excellent instinct and I'm sure she will be completely understanding, since she is a woman herself, just get her on her own and tell her. There is nothing to be shy about, every woman has them.
