Back in the day I got Nolle Prosequi on the charge of violation of cds. Found guilty and was sentenced 1 year of which 6 months was suspended and given 3 years probation on the charge of violation of cds.This is Maryland and I'm not sure if this a felony. That is almost word for word from myciminal History froom state Police.

Yes help with what ? In general if you could have been sentenced to longer than a year, it was a felony, but only you will know if it is a felony, what was the statue number you were charged and convicted under ?
