    Theft from employer
Hi I am currently on bail for theft from employer have been for nearly a year now. Got to attend police station tonight to see whether they are charging or not. Spoke to police officer last night dealing with case and he says I need to attend does this mean I will def be charged or will they also tell me no charges are being taken

    Hello t:

If it was me, I wouldn't talk to the police. I'd be talking to a lawyer instead.

PS> (edited) If you're out on bail, they've ALREADY charged you. I'm confused...

Yep, I caught that too. You've already been charged, otherwise you would not be on bail. And I wonder why you would go to the police station and not the prosecutor's office. So there is no telling what will happen. So you contact your lawyer and go there with him.
