Hi I'm a 30 year old female and have been trying to conceive the last few months. I have PCOS. My cycles are regular 28 days. I am on my 2nd month of Clomid first month being 50mg second month being 100mg. I used ovulation test predictor I tested from CD 9 up to CD 16. There were a faint test line on CD 15 and 16 which I took as negative. On CD 17 I did not have any ovulation test strips left I had mild cramping in my lower abdominal and breast tenderness. We had intercourse then. CD 18.

I had mild cramping after ovulation and day after intercourse had mild fever. I've had diahare since ovulation on and off.

I got a discharge on CD 32 my previous cycle of clomid I had a AF on CD 33. This time however it is different it started of as brown quite heavy a little red blood sometimes mostly brown and pink but definitely red blood as well.

I'm not sure if I should do a pregnancy test or if this is normal if I use clomid.

Please help I'm desperate!!

Some women will experience some irregular bleeding while using Clomid. An increase in dosage can also cause a change. While using Clomid, monitoring by the doctor is important to check that the medication is working as it should.

Due to the possibility of irregular bleeding, testing for pregnancy might best be done a few weeks after suspected ovulation.
