So I am a virgin, I'm 20 and when I go out now and then to partys I might hook-up with a guy, but I don't go all the way beacause I'm still virgin. I've only done this twice. Is this a liltle too risky for a girl with my status, because I'm stilll a virgin?

Yes it is. I myself was a virgin till 19/20 and I had plenty of hook ups but no intercourse. For some its easy to not give in partly because of fear of the first time pain, for others its to have the first time be something special. Everyone is different, but most prefer to have it be special, many who didn't do it that way wish they had. It is risky for you, it just depends on whether you want it to be special and something to remember

If you're not ready for sex, stop playing games.

Sex = babies. So, if you decide to take that next step, realize that you could get pregnant. That's not really something you want to do with some random hook up.

Maybe someone should define "hook up" so that we're all on the same page.

And then there's another subject - STD's, including herpes (which is making a come back, never really having left, just overshadowed by AIDS).

I thought "girls" who took part in random hook ups were called teases - or worse. Teasing behavior is dangerous at any age, virgin or non-virgin.

But the answer is - sure, get some guy half out of his mind and then say no. He'll still commit a crime because forceable sex IS a crime and you won't have to worry about your status as a virgin.

+1 on the teasing thing. Speaking as a guy, I would definitely NOT commit the crime. But I sure as heck would lose that girl's number really quick, and within a few days all my friends would know what kind of girl she is. You don't want that kind of reputation, trust me. I too would like to know what your definition of hooking up is, because to me, hooking up means messing around. Doing other things, than just sex.

So even if you are still a virgin, going down a guy you just met in the upstairs bathroom doesn't make you all innocent and pure.

Sure, you're a virgin... good for you, however, "hooking" up with a guy and doing other things with him/them, just gives you a bad name.

You're so young. Take your time with things like this.
