    So many variables. Do you have a viable lease or rental agreement? Do you have proof of rental payments being made on time and current? Impossible to answer without more information.

    But here's the good news... you are now divorced from the likes of a man who would be so low as to attempt to do such a thing to you... congratulations on that!

    Do you have a lease, when does it expire, have you violated the lease. Matters little about your husband or that he is the manager.

    He cannot just kick you out. He has to follow the prevailing laws for your area to get you out. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    He can evict you, according to the laws of your area, but only by the law , not because he is mad at you

    No he can't. Kicking, hitting, or slapping is probably a crime.

    But I suspect that "kicking me out" may be just an expression.
