Hello I really need your help , I am 13 and I have some stuff coming out from my right nipple and its smelly I really need an andvise what to do , also my nipple isn't like with a proper thing in the middle this thing is like not standing out and there is a line from where the stuff come out , meanwhile my other nipple is normal and its standing out , oh and from 4 dayz my breasts hurt is it a problem or is it part of growing up ?

You need to see your doctor. If there's discharge coming out of your nipple, and it's painful, then this needs to be looked at by a medical doctor.
