    Feel heavy weight because of my Stomach
    Hai everyone,

    My stomach is big, I feel heavy weight weight, but am just 65Kg,even though I fell weight because of my stomach is so big . What Can I do, I feel light weight.

    How tall are you? Are you saying you "carry" your weight in your abdomen?

    The only way to "feel" like a lightweight is to weigh less.
