    Dripping tap
    Hi

We have a dripping tap in our shower, which we changed the washer on, which did help, however, the tap still seems to be dripping. What else can we try? We changed both washers at the same time.

    Thanks in advance.

The washers fit against brass seats at the back of the faucet... they need to be changes also.

Good advise -- Replacing the washer without determining the condition of the seat is only half of the job.

Sorry, please exuse my ignorance... but when we changed the washer, it came with a little white thing also... is that what you are talking about? Or does the actual brass thing have to be changed?

    Thanks
