I have been off my off my period for 2 1/2wks now and today when I went to use the bathroom I wiped and it was light pink the next time I went and wiped it was bright red anda little bit of the blood clots were dark red. I have been stressed out for a while now and I don't know what's the problem

Clots are menstrual tissue and are very normal.
Periods can vary from light spotting of just blood, blood with small clots, and quite large ones.
2 1/2 weeks just means that you either are having an early period or an in between release of menstrual lining based on a quirk in your hormones at the moment, also very common.
If you were pregnant and were having a spontaneous miscarriage of about 2 weeks, it could also be a very tiny embryo.
But the younger you are, the more variations you will probably have in your periods, while your body settles into a routine.
If you are engaging in unprotected sex, now you know how worrying it can be, and you should have birth control.
