    How to find ex husband's employer
    I need to find my ex husband's employer. He is court ordered to pay spousal support yet owes for past 9 years.I have his social security number.

    You need to have your attorney send him some Interrogatories to answer where he works and include some Production of Documents documenting his paystubs. If he does not comply with either items the attorney can take him before the Judge who will order him to answer the interrogatories and produce the documents or be helf in contempt of court and possibly spend a few nights in jail.

    Get an attorney to do this for you, don't depend on anyone else to do this for you such as the court without a hearing and court order.

    The attorney will know how to handle this. It's quite easy if you have his home address to serve him at.

    Most states have agencies to assist in collecting support. Have you given them the SSN info?

    and you hire a PI to follow him and find out where he works, but all of the above is correct you demand though the courts that he provide the info. Actually Scott at least in the states I know, the agencies don't help collect spouse support, they collect child support, If you don't pay child support you can go to jail, seldom do they go to jail for not paying spouse support
