    There is no home remedy for rat poison your only option is to get to the vet immediately!

    Don't book an appointment, just get in the car and drive to the closest vet.

    But, before you go, try to get a label describing the poison he ate, and an estimation of how much, and when. There are several forms of the poisons and it helps greatly to know, as closely as possible, what you are dealing with, from the vet perspective.

    Calling isn't an option. Going directly to the vet is the only option. Rat poison is deadly, and fast acting. There's no time to sit on the phone or Google and post questions on the internet, or read an article. It's time to get in the car and drive quickly to the nearest vet.
