My computer had a virus, that I thought I got rid of. However, when I am in some, not all, programs, the numbers don't type right. IE. If I hit the number "1", it might appear on my screen as a "0". But if I keep hitting it again, it advances 1 number (For example: hit 1 once, it is 0, second time it becomes one, third time becomes two. It is doing this with all of my number buttons (the number pad and the ones across the top). I tried an external keyboard and it does the same thing. It does not do it in any Microsoft programs or on the internet but it does do it in several of the off-brand softwares that I have. I have tried reinstalling each of these programs and it fixed one of the programs. But, the other software seemed to be fixed at first but reverted right back to the same problem. Not sure what to do.

All you can do is take it to a computer place and see if they can find it, I had the same problems and I took it to staples and they fix the problem.
