It's a family movie about a boy who's finds a magic lamp or sumfin and he gets 3 wishes, one of the wishes is that he wishes for no grown ups. Later finds out that all grown ups disappeared and whenever people turn 16 they disappear as well, because theyl technically be grown ups, so he needs to get the lamo back and wish things bk to normal??
