He complains about the house when I'm a house wife and its my duty to clean and I do a good job at it.and he is never happy with me. All he wants is sex. And he is not giving me money, or letting me do things.

It seems he has an unpaid housekeeper and he doesn't like the housekeeping. It isn't your duty to clean, you are emancipated you know. Read him the riot act my dear, set ground rules. Don't you have joint bank accounts, can't you withdraw money.

Why don't you do this... go out and get a job, hire a housekeeper, then you can have your own money and do whatever you want. He can like it or lump it.

Who/how determines how his income is spent? Does he pay the household bills? What does he not "let you do?"

Agree with Tickle - get a job, earn your own money.

Or, of course, you could talk to him about your unhappiness - you share his bed. Presumably you talk about things.
