He has previous theft charges. He is now in the Fulton County Jail. They caught him on camera breaking into someone's car. Its not intent to steal on the Charge its just entering auto. He has been in there for two weeks already and he went to court today and they didn't let him out. He is also on probation but the probationer hasn't violated him yet by the grace of God. But what's going to happen to him as far as time in jail? He has committed a felony before. Can anyone tell me if they've gone threw this? O yeah and they gave him a bond for 10,000. If he doesn't bond out, how long will he be in jail?

maybe he'll be in jail in 5-10 months..

not unless he'll be able to pay the bond.. =(
