Just have a coin size rash on my ball sack and it itches has not spread been there for a month now and don't know what it is can anyone help?

All depends on where you have been; are you sexually active, could you have picked up some little critters in your travels. Anything that itches like that down there is usually something you wouldn't want in your own bed. Suggest you get someone to take a look with a magnifying glass after shaving it all off and see what is down there. If they find something nibbling then buy 'Blue Ointment" at the drug store and slather it on.

Sorry to be blunt, not even going to ask how old you are if you can describe your genitalia like that.

Hi I am sexually active but only with one person my girlfriend... I do shave my genitalia like I said its only one sideand is not spreading I have been with the same partner for 2 years now so really don't know how I have picked anything up? You mean your scrotum? No it's not normal and should be examined by a doctor.

Hi glen, my age reference was only so others knew here that you are not an adolescent, but J is right, we don't say ball sack here, we say scrotum.

As for the itch, well, yes you may be with one person, but these little itchy buggers can come from unclean sheets, toilets (if you sat on one and the place didn't really look all that clean) then you could have, what we call here 'crabs'.

So go get checked out, your socialized medicine will pay for your doctor, so why not have it done and be done with it.
