This morning my 16 yr. old son, threw up twice, no fever and told me his right testicle hurt and was swollen.It doesn't hurt as bad and he hasn't thrown up since this morning.

If you are asking can we diagnose his condition, the answer is no. We don't diagnose on AMHD for a lot of obvious reasons; it is extremely hard to do this on internet.

I suggest you take him immediately to the doctor, but judging from the time you posted and not knowing where you are located in Canada or the US, I hope you have already done so.
