I pooped out blood. What does that mean
I just finished using the bathroom and as I was wiping I noticed there was blood on the toilet paper, this isn't the first time it has happened.. what does that mean?

What shade of red did you see? Was it
    a) bright red like an apple, or
    b) dark red.

    Also:
    a) Is this the first time that you've ever seen blood there? and
    b) is there any pain at your anus?

It was a bright red color. No, it happens every now and then. When I am pooping I feels like I'm pooping glass. I'm guessing that's a bad thing?

Was there blood in the stools? If not this may be hemorrhoids. You will need to be checked out, they are usually quite easy to treat.

The bright red blood (showing on paper and sometimes on the edges of the stool), with some pain at the anus typically indicates hemorrhoids.

Over the counter (OTC) medications can make it feel better, but surgery is typical if the OTC medications do not make the situation "livable".

If you ever see dark red blood in your stool, see a doctor asap.

They can and will get worse, if not treated, so you need to have them seen about,
