Probably, yes.

But it cannot hurt to give them a call to let them know that you are still interested and that you'd like to re-schedule that 2nd interview.

They canceled second interview the night before because owner was sick and would get back to me with date when they had one. I'm not sure if they have actually decided against me. What do you think?
