    Free birth... do you mean paid by socialized medicine, is not free birth. If you are a UK citizen, then you are entitled to socialized medicine, so I am assuming neither one of you are UK citizens.

    You must explain a little more to get a qualified answer.

    I am not UK citizen but I am a student and my wife will come in two weeks . In addition , she is pregnant . As she has dependent visa .
