The mother is pregnant on methadone and has had previous severances if we go uot of county to have our child. Ex/tucson to mesa. Will cps still get involved because our currant case will still be active?

You're trying to figure out a way for a drug addicted mother to keep her child, regardless the danger to the child in doing so?

What part of the mother being pregnant on methadone makes her clean and sober?

Where I am from, and this just happened very recently, a mother who has an open case in one county can go out of the county to have her child, however, the county with the open case will come into the county the child is delivered in and take the child, just as the child would have been taken in the county of the open case. If that makes any sense.
