When you really just want to lighten one shade you should just exfoliate you skin.
Take salt baths use Exfoliating Soap etc. Google :)

I would use 4% hq with any good exfoliant like RA, then maintain with anyone of the products you mentioned, they are the same.

But my skin is very sensitive 4 %hq will be to harsh and I don't want to get yellow or dark in the sun my legs are like 4 shades lighter than my face

Naakua, if your skin can handle 2% or 3% hq use ultraglow or nadinola without ra till you lighten and maintain with above products

If its only your face you're trying to lighten then you may not need hq depending on the degree of discolouration and how fast you want results etc. Any one of the above will do..

a good non whitening physical sunscreen (sp 50+) is a must with any lightening agent to prevent redarkening.

Feel free to pm me if you need any clarification as I don't come here often.

    Ps
