Had a miscarriage on may 9 2011 all my symptoms went away. On June 6 2011 they came back,gas,headaches,nasty taste in miuth,belching,dizzy,smells and night sweats. It can take a while for your periods to return to normal after a miscarriage. It just may be your system trying to return to normal. Wait a month and see if your next period comes. If not, test using first morning urine.

You can try to test now to put your mind at ease, but chances are you will get a false negative if you are pregnant.

For now, though, treat yourself as if you are. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy and avoid tobacco and alcohol.
