Anime 1990 fiction movie?
When I was around ten years old (which would be early 1990s) I saw an anime movie, I guess it was mix of fantasy and science fiction, about two opposing kingdoms.
I remember that the daughter of the king of one kingdom fell in love with the son of the king of the other, but they ended up having to lead their kingdoms to war themselves (the prince killed his father by accident and the princess was entrusted to lead the attack by her father from his deathbed so she couldn't refuse, or something like that).
There was also the story of a peasant who was sent as a saboteur by one city to blow up the dam of the other. After he blew it up, he went back to his village and saw that all the villagers had died because of the flooding!
