The current number is not responding. Has it changed?

Don't know if it has changed. We don't look up phone numbers. We do our best to respond to questions of a general nature and help new posters as much as possible with all available resources at our disposal that means we don't have resources to find phone numbers. We are all volunteers here.

Also I doubt if there is one single number for Kentucky. It might help if you included the agency.
