Ah bong managed to look for a property at a value of 100k. Bakar is very pleased with the location and the value property. When Beta sdn bhd was formed, unknown to Bakar, ah bong informed the shareholders at a meeting that the value of the property is 120k. The company has now found out the real value of the property. They wish to bring an action against Bakar and ah bong. Bakar and ah bong seek your advice as to whether they are in breach of the law. Would your answer differ if bakar and ah bong are both the only directors and shareholders of the company?
