Spend 2 hours talking to Roku, then Comcast,then Netflix. No luck. I am ready to return Roku to Best Buy and cancel Netflix tomorrow. Can you please help. Thanks

What TV is it?

You should just be able to connect it to the yellow white and red connections on the TV, then switch inputs.

If your TV does not have any video connections except for antenna/cable, then you will need what is called an RF Modulator as your TV does not have the necessary connections.

But I need more details to give you a better answer. What model TV is it?

If you give me the model of the TV I can tell you the best way to connect it for best results. Also, did you need assistance connecting it to the Internet too? If so, do you have wireless?

If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, even after guidance on here, Best Buy does offer services to set it up for you and show you how to use it.
