We have a Carrier Crusader Model 28RD5036000. We replaced the blower moter today and the circuit board. Now there is extremely weak air flow coming from the vents what could this be? There is a brand new filter, the coils are clean and the drain pipe has also been replaced. Also the motor is very quiet. Is that normal HELP!!

Did you replace with a exact match motor?, same RPM`s, motor turning in the right direction?

Are you sure you hooked the circuit board up correctly? Cool needs to be on high speed. Also, if you replaced the motor, did you also replace the capacitor with correct motor match.

Cool terminal on the circuit board should have the black wire from the motor hooked to it for high speed.
