    Hi
    I am in south of California in my own business with my family,I have two sons,my visa is temporary business visa.
    Du to the pregrancy of my wife can we get green card or the other way for getting citizenship?Is our new born citizen of US or not?

    Congratulations. Your child will be a US citizen. You cannot get permanent residence based on the child until the child is an adult (21) and petitions for you.

    Yes, congats, if the child is born in the US, that child will be a US citizen. You need to apply for new visa, using a immigration attorney would really be helpful
