I have a thermostat that is showing the house to be 60 degrees while it is set for 72. The furnace will not come on when in the auto mode and when switched to on for the blower,
Nothing will come on. This is a lennox elite system with a honeywell digital thermostat.

Look for a circuit board in the furnace. Is it flashing a code from a LED light? Look up the code on the furnace door panel for possible cause.

Look for a circuit board in the furnace look for the code or blinking red lightthe flash will represent a code pat attention to the flash and modes.. you may need to replace youe thermostat,digitals never really give an accurate reading.
