    He' s 18 I'm 16 can he go to jail
    Can my mom send an 18 year old to jail for being with me when in only 16 in the state of Ohio?

    If you are asking if he can go to jail for having sex with you, in Ohio, when you are 16 the answer is no. If your parents forbid the relationship and it continues they can have him arrested for parental interference.
