I have claimed incapacity benefits since 1996
I was asked to go on a medical in 2007 I phoned up the department and was told I didn't need to attend as the dhss had enough information from my doctor who had renewed my medical certificate that year 2007 I didn't attend the medical and had my benefits stopped which I had claimed since 1996 because of a fracture to my right tibia knee jiont pins and plates keeping my leg together in my fully complete med4 I was excempt from medicals as my condiction is a long term condiction I need a solicitor to fight my case I have been told bye my own doctor to do this because she said my benefits should never of stopped and my medical records will prove this I am asking for permission to attend the upper tribunal
