She needs to get a truck and move them out - NOW. Why didn't she take the stuff when she left? As long as her stuff is there, the landlord is charging her rent. If she's been evicted, her things might not even be there.

Something is not right here. In an eviction the tenant AND their belongings are removed from the premises. If she left prior to being put out, then the landlord may have thrown out or sold her belongings. As excon said, she need to get a truck and go back to the apt TODAY and get what's there. If she's locked out, have her call the police to let her into the apartment.
