My daughter got her babysitting license last year and is looking for a babysitting job she is 11 years old and is very responsible for her age and love children. But we would need to try to get a job around Blohm Drive if that is possible. Please help!

What kind of help are you looking for?

She should talk to the neighbors that have kids, let them know she's available. Put flyers up in your neighborhood with your phone number, explaining that she's taken a course and is looking for babysitting jobs.

That's really all you can do.

Ok I am looking for help as to how to put her out there to get noticed. Could you also help me as to what age group she should be baysitting? You were some help.

Are there moms at home with younger kids? Why not let her build a reputation by spending an hour or two or three at a time as a volunteer or for pay being a mother's helper, watching the kids while the mom does household chores, prepares supper, takes a nap -- is at home but gives your daughter free rein to entertain the kids.

Contact local church offices, PTA groups, area teachers and principals, the children's department at the public library (possible volunteering to show off her skills), the park district to get the word out.

Age group? Probably 3-7 year olds.
