I pulled a tick off my rump, not knowing at the time what it actually was. The Tick was still alive. 24 hours later there is a red circle with lump in the middle, and it itches. There are no black dots or black lines. Should I be concerned or is this a typical symptom?

If you pulled a tick off your butt and you actually know what it is, then go to a walk in clinic, or your nearest ER and have it dealt with. We don't diagnose, can't see your butt, don't know what you pulled off it, so go see a doctor.
