    Sheriff sale in Louisiana
I currently own several pieces of real estate that is in a llc,s name with my 2 siblings and one aunt. I am currently exploring the options of forcing the proprty to sheriff sale to obtain my monitary interest. All taxes and mortgages are paid off and there is no money owed. Is it possible to do this?

Might be a lot easier and cause less bad feelings to see if they would be interested in buying out your share and form a new LLP.

Normally, "partiton" would be what you would look into. But in Louisiana, with it's Civil Code, who knows what they call it there. :(
