Well organized . You know how they do it . Figured uot who does what. But don't know how big . Can not go to couty officials. Defenetly not.

You don't really give us much to go on. I understand what you mean but for a qualified answer, more information would be appreciated.

Then go to the state, or to the feds.

Depends on what you think and can PROVE they are doing. If you don't have all the information, names, places, incidents, etc. No one will take your claim seriously. It all must be documented and provable. Not just your "I tink they are corrupt" type thinking. The FBI will listen but don't hold your breath of them doing anything. The State Troopers may just listen, but again if you don't have verifiable facts no one will listen or do anything.
