OK, so my girlfriend always has really bad dreams about getting rapped or abducted. I think this is because she was melested when she was little. What may be othr reasons she is having these and how can I help her to make them stop?

This is probably the reason she is having these dreams. Has she ever been to therapy to speak about what happened to her? This is an important step to take after such a traumatic part of anyone's life. Talking about it can really help.

It is not normal for people to have dreams like that , unless they had past history where they were raped as a child : ( .
You are a sweet guy.
Be with your girlfriend every step of the way and comfort her . Talk to her and get her to speak .
But she needs to have some help to overcome her past .
I went through a very dark part in my life . I had no one there except for my grandmother.. she was the angel who had saved me .
A specialist or theripst might be idea for her .
