Hello.

I get married in pakistan 10 years ago we have 2 kids and I live in usa but now I want to get divorce her. She never come to usa. I want to know if I divorce her affect my kids if I want to bring in to usa?? And also can I get divorce from usa with out going to pakistan?

Are you a US citizen?

If the kids and your wife still live in Pakistan, I believe you will have to do the divorce there. If they have not moved to the US, the biggest issue will be child custody, since the US courts will not have jurisdiction if they children are not living here.
