I have a kenmore dishwasher model # 665-16019-401 and the clean light will not stop flashing. The dishwasher is not working at all. Any suggestions before I call a service man? -MFL

How many times does the light blink in a row before there is a pause? 7 is the most common, it means that the computer is sensing that the water is not getting hot enough. There are quite a few things that can cause this to happen, if you are not very handy then you will want to have a professional look at it.
