My Kenmore water dispenser keeps freezing up. It has a pop-out dispenser and freezer is located on bottom of refrigerator

Is the temperature of the refrigerator correct? Check it with a thermometer. With the temp settings set in the middle, the refrig should be around 37-38 degrees and the freezer should be around 0 degrees.
