    Depends on what state you are in. Many states have SC rules which don't allow discovery.

    Be sure you find and understand the small claim rules in your jurisdiction.

    Even if discovery is allowed in your jurisdiction, many courts have "local rules" that may require discovery to be approved by the court before being sent. The local clerk should be able to help you with that information.

    Where? AMHD asks that all legal questions contain the State/Country.
