When my waher machine drains my toilet bubbles water comes up my tub and sick and the toilet water rises. But the toilet flushes and the everything drains OK before this and the is no water in the cleanout outside when coming up the pipe

This tells me that you have a partial blockage in the drainage system. Snake the drain from the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough cable to reach the base and 20 feet more. Good luck, Tom
