Hi, I have been living back in the UK for 7 years. I am unable to pay my Canadian credit card of $6000 Cdn balance. I have no assets. Will I only receive a bad credit rating or can do they do something else? I'm not likely to live back in Canada again.

If you have not used the credit card in 7 years the Statute to collect has expired. Yes, this will go on your credit report. If you are a citizen of the UK this could prevent you from re-entering Canada.
