Can anyone tell me why one of my rads blew up.I have three old ones left,had two replaced last week.pressured up to 1 bar,bled the new rads,fired up the boiler within 3/4 minutes downstairs kitcen rad two big bangs the spot welds giving way,then rad swelled and split water everywhere.have turned off the other 3 old rads,frightened the same may happen to them.any help appreciated.
