4 years ago my husband and I got legal guardian ship of his nephew as both his parents died. As of July 2010 my husband and I divorced and the nephew is now living with him and having no contact with me. What forms do I need to fill out to remove myself as legal guardian as this child is headed down the wrong road and I do not want to be held liable since I have no say in what's going on.

This should have been handled as part of your divorce. Custody and responsibility for a child are part of the divorce action.

What were the terms of the guardianship? Did you or your ex adopt?

No adoption because if we did, we would not receive social security money to raise him with.
