My fan was making a squeaking noise off and on for about 3 weeks. I thought is just needed to be cleaned out. But then today it made the loud squeaking noise and humming then stopped running all together. Then when I turned it off at the thermestat it started working even though it was off. Worked for two min and not working any more. Is the motor out? Model number. DGAT056BDD
